I have been offering Personal Training in Jersey since 1995 and have trained in many techniques and therapies since, including Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, Chinese Tuina Massage and Acupuncture.
Personal Training sessions with me will include a lot of hard work and sweat - but you'll get great results! I use many different types of training including, free weights, cables, exercise balls and Galileo Vibration machine.

Steve is a highly motivated Personal Trainer who is totally focused on his client's performance during their training sessions. He believes that if somebody is paying for a Personal Trainer, the client should get the best possible service from that trainer to help them achieve their goals.
As a CYQ Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 4 Biomechanics Coach, Steve has also been trained in Functional cable training, extreme circuit training and postural analysis and correction. He uses these and other techniques to provide the best training program for his clients.
Steve is an active, outdoor individual who has been involved in coaching practical activities over a number of years, including as a level 2 Kayak Coach, Level 1 Volleyball coach and PADI Dive-master. Steve has helped many people achieve their goals.

Client consultation; I offer a FREE client consultation that can take place at a time and place convenient for the trainee. These consultations are a great chance for the you & I to get to know each other, your goals and let me know if you have any medical history or current issues that I may need to know about. From here, I can make a tailor-made program that is completely unique to you and your goal!
Muscle gains programs; I offer a specific program for lean muscle gains, with an optional cardiovascular approach to help with strength. This program can help you gain strength, muscle, promote fat loss, increase energy (long-term) & increase the immune system.
Sport specific programs; I offer specific training techniques that can help your performance for a specific sport. These techniques can enhance your performance, strengthen your muscles, help you lose weight and help prevent or nurse injuries.

I have been a personal trainer in London and Jersey since 2009, and fitness and wellbeing has always been a huge part of my life, from competitive sports representing Great Britain in Artistic Roller Skating, to moving into the Musical Theatre industry at the age of 19 in London's West End.

Everybody knows that it is important to maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle but achieving that or getting started can sometimes be difficult. I firmly believe that creating a routine that fits in with your lifestyle is key to achieving your goal(s) I aim to eliminate 'diets' and encourage and motivate my clients to create a balanced routine that should hopefully not feel forced or hard to maintain, with plenty of support and advice along the way to make sure that it does not become short lived.
I also have a passion for experimenting with healthy and wholesome ingredients to recreate what are usually classed as 'unhealthy' foods, so that it is still possible to enjoy the things you love without feeling guilty afterwards. I love to share my successful recipes with clients, friends and family alike to encourage nutritionally dense eating habits throughout.
During programmes I use a range of different cardio based training methods along with strength and resistance exercises, with the aim to make sessions diverse and as enjoyable as they possibly can be.

I have been working in the Fitness Industry over 10 years. Many people know me as a Group Exercise Instructor, having taught various styles of fitness, including Step, LBT, Zumba and Pilates. Four years ago I branched out into Personal Training. In addition to instructing Group Exercise and Pilates, I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Management Specialist.
Many people find the gym environment intimidating. I like to educate my clients to help them get fitter stronger and more confident with working in the gym training alone.
I am very passionate about what I do and firmly believe that everyone has the power to reach their goals. My job is to help you reach them.
