Duty Manager (Wet Facilities)

Join our team as a Duty Manager and be at the forefront of working in sport. We aim to provide safe, inclusive and engaging spaces for customers to enjoy sport, physical fitness and promote active lifestyles.

You will be responsible for managing the people resources and the facilities efficiently by planning the daily operational requirements as well as leading the teams on duty, monitoring wellbeing and performance.
Operating the wet and dry facilities safely ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to and that customers are provided with a high-quality service.
