Child care terms and conditions of use:
Parents must be taking part in an activity at the Sports Centre and inform child care staff which activity they are participating in. Under no circumstances must parents leave the building whilst their children are left in child care.
Before using child care facilities for the first time it is recommended you introduce your child/children to the child care team and remain with your child during this introductory period.
If children are unwell please do not bring them to the child care facility. It is not good for them to be left when unwell and it is unfair to other children.
Things to bring:
A bag with spare nappies, wipes, drinks, bottles, snacks, a change of clothes and a soother if used.
Children in child care are given the opportunity for a
drink and a snack please ensure that this is provided.
Please note we are unable to assist with potty training.
Please ensure the child care staff is made aware of any medical condition your child has. We will require a card to be completed with this information prior to first use.
