YMCA Professional Studio Instructor, YMCA FIT in Exercise to Music (Aerobics) and Circuit Training, Fitness Pilates Trainer, Member of UK Register of Exercise Professionals, Member of European Register of Exercise Professionals.

Profile
Fiona was the first to teach Fitness Pilates in the Island and is continually developing this form of exercise. She teaches through all 3 Active Centres, and also runs classes in conjunction with Exercise Referral and Health Promotion.
