Magda studied fitness at the Academy of Physical Education, Warsaw, Poland. She has been teaching fitness
since 2006 and in 2008 qualified as a Pilates instructor.
Speaking of her interest in fitness Magda said: "Pilates is my
passion. I find this style of exercise complimentary to the general
health and wellbeing of the body, and like to share this with my
clients. My classes focus on posture, balance, flexibility, strong
back, core muscles, pain relief and energy for
Mat-Based Pilates, Power Pilates, Total Body Conditioning
and Aqua Fitness.
