Steve is a highly motivated Personal Trainer who is totally focused on his client's performance during their training sessions. He believes that if somebody is paying for a Personal Trainer, the client should get the best possible service from that trainer to help them achieve their goals.
As a CYQ Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 4 Biomechanics Coach, Steve has also been trained in Functional cable training, extreme circuit training and postural analysis and correction. He uses these and other techniques to provide the best training program for his clients.
Steve is an active, outdoor individual who has been involved in coaching practical activities over a number of years, including as a level 2 Kayak Coach, Level 1 Volleyball coach and PADI Dive-master. Steve has helped many people achieve their goals.
He is currently working as a Personal Trainer at Fort Regent Gym
