Instructor Gary Holmes is embarking on a challenge to cycle
through the volcanic mountains, from Kigali to the Congo, in June
to raise money for "Send a Cow" charity. "Send a Cow" is an International Development charity with
a difference. The charity has been working with some of
Africa's poorest families for nearly 30 years, helping over 1.3
million people work their way out of extreme poverty. They provide
livestock, tools, seeds and training as part of a programme giving
people the hope and means to establish a future for themselves,
their families and their wider communities. They are currently
delivering programmes in seven African countries: Burundi,
Ethiopia, Kenya, Lesotho, Rwanda, Uganda and

31st May 2017.

charity spinning classes at Fort Regent on Saturday
6th May & Saturday 13th May.
All charity spin classes start at
10.30 and last for one hour, remember there are only 33 spin bikes
so if you are keen please arrive a little earlier. Generous
donations on the door, no set amount. Please spread the word
