Gary Holmes' cycle challenge

Instructor Gary Holmes is embarking on a challenge to cycle through the volcanic mountains, from Kigali to the Congo, in June to raise money for "Send a Cow" charity. "Send a Cow" is an International Development charity with a difference. The charity has been working with some of Africa's poorest families for nearly 30 years, helping over 1.3 million people work their way out of extreme poverty. They provide livestock, tools, seeds and training as part of a programme giving people the hope and means to establish a future for themselves, their families and their wider communities. They are currently delivering programmes in seven African countries: Burundi, Ethiopia, Kenya, Lesotho, Rwanda, Uganda and Kenya.

Gary has opened a "Just Giving" webpage so please give generously as he needs to raise £1500 before 31st May 2017.

Gary is also running a number of charity spinning classes at Fort Regent on Saturday 6th May & Saturday 13th May.

All charity spin classes start at 10.30 and last for one hour, remember there are only 33 spin bikes so if you are keen please arrive a little earlier.  Generous donations on the door, no set amount. Please spread the word and invite friends and family.
