Rosemary Park said: ‘The Active team on reception, originally at Fort Regent and now mostly relocated at Springfield, are a joy to deal with. ‘They are cheerful, helpful and know their customers. ‘They often go the extra mile, personally calling Active members to let them know when a class has had to be cancelled. ‘They always try to do the best for their customers, and even during the period of uncertainty when the move to Springfield was delayed, they maintained their bright and cheery approach. ‘Their transition to working in a new environment has seen their same upbeat attitude and attentive ways. The team demonstrate customer service at its best.’
