Sports Kit Recycling Initiative launched

We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with Jersey Sport and Acorn to launch a brand-new Sports Kit Recycling Initiative — a community-driven project designed to make sport and physical activity more affordable and accessible for everyone in Jersey.

 

How It Works

  1. Donate your unwanted sports kit at one of our collection points across the Island - we have collections at Springfield and Les Quennevais Sports Centre
  2. We sort and prepare donations at Acorn.
  3. Kits are redistributed at affordable prices to those who need them most, through a dedicated space at Acorn’s site.

 

What We Accept

We welcome donations of:

  • Trainers (good condition only — no heavily worn pairs)
  • Shorts
  • Tracksuits
  • Running/fitness tops and shorts (clean and reusable)
  • Football and rugby boots
  • Sports bags
  • Other essential sports kit

 Please note: race day or sponsored running t-shirts are harder to rehome, so we may not be able to accept them.
