Duty Manager (Wet Facilities)

Join our team as a Duty Manager (Wet Facilities)!

We’re looking for a proactive and motivated individual to provide first-line management and supervision across our sports facilities, both wet and dry. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our centres are appropriately staffed, with teams organised to deliver smooth daily operations.

As Duty Manager, you’ll lead and support staff on shift, ensuring they feel valued, motivated, and well-informed. You’ll oversee the safe and efficient running of our facilities, making sure policies and procedures are followed at all times. Most importantly, you’ll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience, ensuring our community can enjoy high-quality, safe, and welcoming sports and leisure services.
