My background specialises in Dance, which I studied at University for 3 years. Towards the end of my Degree my focus was drawn towards the benefits yoga has for a dancer, this is the topic I researched for my Dissertation.
I look forward to teaching our customers at Fort Regent and putting my knowledge to good use!
