"I have been instructing a variety of fitness classes at Les Quennevais since November 2006 and have designed my classes to help you achieve your fitness goals whilst more importantly enjoying your time to exercise. I firmly believe if you find something you enjoy then fitness becomes fun. Personally, I am passionate about running. As a child I shied away from sport, but as an adult I discovered running and have run (so far) 29 marathons! I also enjoy encouraging young children to enjoy exercise, which is why when I am not instructing adult classes I am working with young children to encourage them to be active".
