Looking for a fun, motivating way to test yourself and track your progress? Our monthly gym challenges at Les Quennevais Sports Centre and Springfield are designed to support your fitness journey — whatever your starting point.
These challenges are designed to be fair, adaptable and suitable for all-round fitness, alternating between bodyweight exercises, weights and cardio. This variety keeps things interesting while encouraging well‑rounded fitness. Challenges are designed to be fair, adaptable and accessible, so everyone can take part.
Why take on a gym challenge?
The challenges can be used as a great way to highlight strengths and identify areas you may want to improve. You can repeat the challenge throughout the month, giving you the opportunity to improve your score and track your progress over time.
There’s no limit to how many times you can attempt a challenge, and results are age‑adjusted to keep things fair across all fitness levels — from first‑time gym users to experienced lifters.
Support every step of the way
Our friendly gym team are always on hand to help. They can explain the challenge, demonstrate movements and time and record your attempt — just speak to a member of the team if you need support.
