Suitable for non-swimmers and beginners through to advanced. Fun and fitness in the water to music with the use of various equipment. No age limit! Very good for core/abdominal work and particularly beneficial for people with joint/back problems or injury recovery. Buoyancy equipment may be worn if desired.

This class is suitable for all adults and all fitness levels. Non‑swimmers are very welcome, as the head remains out of the water at all times.
