Join Active as an Aquatics Programme Administrator and play a key role in delivering swimming programmes that support learners of all ages across our wet facilities.
Working closely with the Aquatics Programme Coordinator, swimming teachers, schools and our Business Development team, you'll help ensure our Learn to Swim programme, school swimming sessions and wider aquatic activities run smoothly from start to finish.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and wants to make a real difference behind the scenes and at the poolside.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others. Experience within aquatics, leisure or customer-focused environments would be beneficial, but most importantly you'll be proactive, reliable and able to build positive relationships with a wide range of people.
A swimming teacher qualification would be an advantage, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
This is a part-time position of 18.5 hours.
