A workout designed to condition, strengthen and tone your muscles using a weighted barbell and hand weights. This class has a focus on targeting muscle group to ensure a total body workout. Suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced.

Spinning is a specific format of indoor cycling. It's a cardio (aerobic) workout set to music and led by a certified instructor. Most classes last between 40 and 60 minutes,

Spinning is great for people who want a motivating workout that they can control at their own pace. Even if you're not into choreography-based fitness classes, you can still enjoy Spinning because it involves neither rhythm nor complex moves. It's low-impact, so it's very suitable for people who want to balance out higher-impact exercises (like running) or for people who have some joint problems.

Suitable for non-swimmers and beginners through to advanced. Fun and fitness in the water to music with the use of various equipment. No age limit! Very good for core/abdominal work and particularly beneficial for people with joint/back problems or injury recovery. Buoyancy equipment may be worn if desired.

Zumba Fitness is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party. Zumba classes combine Spicy Latin dance rhythms - Cumbia, Samba, Salsa, and Merengue, and International music with a fun and effective workout system. You'll be so busy having fun - you'll forget that you're exercising!

Barre is a full body workout with high reps and low-impact movements to strengthen your pelvic floor and tone your body. Barre uses ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates to engage muscles you wouldn't normally target. Stability balls, toning balls for upper body resistance will be used in the class, as well as uplifting music.

Taking place in the main pool at Les Quennevais, Adult Swim Coaching is for confident and competent swimmers who wish to improve their swim fitness and strength. 

The Swim Coach will guide you as you swim lengths of the pool.

This session is not for beginners.

Circuits is a great class suitable for all abilities, think short bursts, big energy, mixing cardio and strength work. Every class is different, and all the exercises can be adapted to suit everyone whether you are just starting out or already have high fitness levels.

The new MOGA class focuses on a mix of physical asanas with alignment instruction, breathing exercises and mindfulness. Why men only? The physiology of men, range of mobility and flexibility is different to women. The class will be more prescriptive to these needs, for example, there may be more of a focus on tight hips or spinal mobility as well as poses that require a lot of upper body strength.
